6:12-6:20 haha, I know what his kid meant ;) Still 5 minutes is pretty impressive for a little kid. I used to practice the horse stance ("ma bu" in wu shu, "shiko dachi" in karate) few years almost every day for 15 minutes and you bet I was happy to sit my ass down after those 15 minutes even after a year of practice. But it definitely helped to build my balance. My respect for those who have the will to practice it for half an hour to 2 hours.
