@FreakingFreakyfied ik vind eigenlijk wel dat we in nederland zon achtbaan als millenium force intimidator 305 of leviathan ofzo moeten hebben. dat lijkt me echt gaaf!
A mega coaster right smack in the middle of the city. Using the building to get the additional advantage of height. I just rode it yesterday in the night. PERFECT.
I dunno where this coaster this, but I like it. Although, I wouldn't waste money to ride a coaster in Japan.. Or would I...... Its a pretty cool coaster.
@thegame42640 I was about to say. The scenery of this ride is amazing. Nothing better, than over looking city traffic. But what's up with all the comments in the video about certain parts of the ride making no sense?
@Hollywood1127.....lol! i was about to say that 2 man! I think the whole ride form start to finish is freakin amazing! I don't think there is anything wrong wit the ride! The buildings, streets, etc that blend in wit the ride is what makes the ride so damn awesome! I wanna see what that scenery and ride would look like at night! Talk about ultimate awesomeness!
Man, they could have added a lot more to this ride towards the end. It has a decent sized drop right into a brake run. Lame, lame, lame. The rest looks awesome though.
@Disturbed881 It probably just seems that way, but right now I just happen to be going through a lot of hard drives full of video, and the ones I'm going through now just happen to be from our Asia trips. Also, the parks in Japan and Europe are more lenient about taking your cameras on rides. We do not promote or condone illegal POV filming from parks that do not allow it. So unless we get special permission from USA parks like Six Flags or Cedar Fair, you won't see their videos on our channel.
@Disturbed881 Also, if you look at my list of videos recently uploaded you can see where I had a bunch of Asia, then a bunch of Europe, then a bunch of middle-America, then more from Japan. I upload by trip. Everything I've uploaded in the past 20 days is all from just 2007! I had a lot more years of hard drives and tapes to go through! ;)
I've watched all the TPR trips to Japan, and it does seem that Japan is scared of making any coasters with any airtime at all...quite a contrast to us American enthusiasts, who consistently want airtime, airtime, and MORE airtime! ^^
@ZBTEproductions Robb's commentary say's a lot, on the first hill that looks to provide airtime he says, "Well that was good there was no airtime there..." And then that crazy part towards the end with the twistys he says, "It makes no sense this part..." Like its just pointless. I mean I wouldn't know until I actually rode it, it just looks extremely awesome! But... not that good. @jpekari agree's I guess.
@jpekari Like many of the bigger coasters in Japan - this one, Steel Dragon, Hollywood Dream, Fujiyama, etc, they seem to be void of much airtime and any really positive or negative G-Forces. The Japanese seem to light their coasters a bit more tame. So yeah, while this ride is seriously impressive looking, from a thrill standpoint, it's very weak.
@themeparkreviewTPR really? most of this looks pretty weak yeah, but that first drop looks like its got some pretty nice airtime. probobly the only time in the ride im guessing .)
Such a random coaster. Looks wild!
And why would you call it Thunder Dolphin?

Isn't that a safety law in Japan though? Also, I've noticed their chain speeds are slow on most of their coasters too... perhaps another safety law?
thatguyonstage 2 months ago
@thatguyonstage Thunder Dolphin's is one of the fastest lift hills I have ever been on anywhere--so I don't think it's a law.
