haha my jack Ernie does the same thing! he is crazy with the hose and our blow up pools, the only problem is we've gone through about 6 of them! he just goes crazy and attacks the pool and the water:p

@canudance30133 hey we too have gone trough many pools, until we bought a sand box for the dogs, and made it a pool. Those are hard plastic so, even if they bite it, it still lasts a couple years :D

tell her the love and commitment dogs give to the family are much bigger than poo and pee. It was like with my mom at first, but we grew to love the dog so much so pee and poo are some of the smallest issues you'll ever have.

@Joemamma69000 tell your mom that they can be taught to not use the house as a bathroom. We taught our cats quikly on how to use a litter box, but you can teack a dog to only go outside. Also if you do get a pup, take on a walk at LEAST 2 a day, depending on if it whines, or eats a lot. I love Nintendogs!

@Joemamma69000 they don't "peep and poop around the house too much" if you train them. Dogs are hard work and need attention but they are the best creatures on this planet, in my opinion. Sorry you can't have one :(

Ohhh absolutely! No matter how warm it is in the room, they love to snuggle under the blankets, they make their caves... We make fun of them, telling them to "go get the fox", whem it is time for bed... so they calm down and get under the blankets... I have a girl, Molly and a boy, Brady :) What kind of toys/play do they like? Molly LOVES soccer!

they love tennis balls or pretty much anything they can get their mouth on, Odie just recently took an interest in a full size basketball, they love to play tug of war with an old sock, we cant get them a squeak toy because they will chew out the squeaker in no time. Oh and if you put your hand under the blanket and just start teasing them they will start attacking the blanket where your hand is...
