Now after the movie, I swear this show had a whole different team working on it because Spongebob's voice got higher and all he does is cry or scream, Patrick isn't funny, the dialogue isn't funny, there's gross, vulgar imagery and the episodes plots are poor. WHAT HAPPENED? This was the best cartoon ever from seasons 1-3 then, failure :S

Spongebob is better than Invader zim in my opinion...feel free to kick my ass, but that's just me. I think Spongebob has more stable humor than Invader zim, meaning the jokes in IZ are all over the place. Plus, i grew up with Spongebob. Spongebob Squarepants is a role model to millions of people, and the only reason IZ is popular is because of Gir. He's just a meme soon to fade away

Conclusion: Invader zim is a fad. Spongebob is a role model.
