I dont think Serena would ever wear that sweater because it is not form fitting and all of the clothes she wears shows off her amazing body. As for Blair that was more of her style the first season. Her style has shifted from a preppy school girl to a park avenue socialite look. She doesn't wear headbands anymore.

i personally liked both outfits. i don't really know about gossip girl the show ( i read the books). i think people are expecting the same megan with the same style and they do not understand that people grow up and change. i think both outfits were more daring than usual. i mean she was in NY. when i go to california (im from az) i tend to dress different. places with so much fashion allow you to experiment and try things you normally would not do. i appreciate your time :)
