Looks like a stock prop, he ain't kicking a big roostertail. That looks about 75 initially, then 60-65 for the others, the water looked a bit rough. We had a black '92 Ranger rated 150 with a '93 200 Merc restickered with 150 labels, then tweaked until it was 230... We'd get it out to 6500RPM, then tweak the trim up until it started to porpoise, then back the trim down, that was about 75 by estimate. What a ride! Hole shots sucked, but once up, hang on! She was the Blackbird with no top limit.
