It's not a wasted life to have some physical strength & to have more muscle than fat. Exercise builds the metabolism & learning to behave at meals on WHAT you eat produces the really sexy results, whether it's a guy or a woman. Drink nothing but water, unless it's one of those protein meal replacements. It's a 5 - 10 hr a week decision on the exercise though
