@q8sauod uhhh.. i wouldnt say THAT many. 25 was the whole series. it couldve just as easily ended nice and neat with 35- 50 episodes. i find anime's with less episodes tend to be the best. like death note. that was an awesome anime with an ending you may not agree with, but was nevertheless great. i am soo disapointed with the claymore ending, most of all because it wasnt an ending at all. it was a deep prologue to a nonexistant sequel!

Yeah, it would be cool, bu the problem is that the manga comes out once a month, and if they made it, the anime chapters would be longer than the manga chapters; I mean: You see how much fillers do Naruto and Bleach have, when the manga comes out once a week... Imagine that if the manga is once a month!! They can't make a full lenght anime, because it would cut distance with the manga too fast. The best option is to make it into OVAs, like what they're doing with hellsing...
anyways, there has been already an official votation, where the author of the manga, if I'm not wrong, said that if at least 10000 people asked for a second season, there would be a second season more likely, and over 12000 people voted for it. But still I haven't seen any news about that "second season"

At first I saw the anime series, then I red the whole manga (so far) and saw the series again for two times... and to be honest the anime series is totally loyal to the manga from chapter 1 to chapter 24... the shit comes after that because they reached the storyline of the manga and decided to create that awful ending, but besides that, chapters 1-24 from the anime are as good as chapters 1-60 from the manga
Despite the anime being short, they managed to develop Clare's character beautifully. I have yet to see any single character simultaneously tug my heart strings and enthrall my imagination in such an elegant way.

I love Priscilla :D And I disagree with Choink. The anime is good too, it just had to come to an ending point earlier and the manga was still incomplete at the time and series didn't have a ton of money. I think the anime goes have a pretty cool and gritty, satisfying ending. The manga of course is much better. It's very dark, and a lot more complex and still going on, though the releases are incredibly slow. Yagi must have painted himself into a corner.

I find it hard to imagine that the 13 people who disliked this video actually disliked it, though, everyone is entitled to their opinions, I still find it hard to believe. This song and anime are both beautiful, it makes me sad that they didn't finish it.
It really sadden me because this was a good anime, and they only made 26 episodes. I'm not saying that the ending was bad, but they definitely could've made more with the potential they had in the story. I hope that they will make a season 2 though...

@Choink9466 i have not read the manga but i saw the series, i still agree with you the ending was garbage. season 2 could have been made, they can just rewrite the last episode they can do whatever they want, the problem and why soo many anime series are canceled, too many people buy pirated copy's, they make no money on the dvds so they don't continue the series. People save your money and buy legit copy's give them a reason to continue your fav series what ever it may be.

How can it be that there is no second season though the first one got so good feedback? This anime is almost perfect! Obviously the producers already have too much money, otherwise they would continue making it.

was a great anime, it actually turned me on to anime and now i have been watching them nonstop on teh interwebs
I thought that it was sorta funky when i watched it but i learned that there are way wierder, like blassreiter... what a flippin wierd anime

Oh yeah, I also very much like the beginning melody, right before the singer starts. I don't know what it is, but I always feel some sort of excitement when that melody starts. Beautiful~

I find it hard to imagine that the 13 people who disliked this video actually disliked it, though, everyone is entitled to their opinions, I still find it hard to believe. This song and anime are both beautiful, it makes me sad that they didn't finish it.

It really sadden me because this was a good anime, and they only made 26 episodes. I'm not saying that the ending was bad, but they definitely could've made more with the potential they had in the story. I hope that they will make a season 2 though...

@Choink9466 First off, I never said the anime ending was better but compared to other endings, this wasn't a bad ending. I could name countless anime's where the show just 'Ended' and/or didn't have an ending. Hell, there are a ton of reasons. So yes, I think I will say something there...

@Choink9466 i have not read the manga but i saw the series, i still agree with you the ending was garbage. season 2 could have been made, they can just rewrite the last episode they can do whatever they want, the problem and why soo many anime series are canceled, too many people buy pirated copy's, they make no money on the dvds so they don't continue the series. People save your money and buy legit copy's give them a reason to continue your fav series what ever it may be.

i agree with you exxod255, the plot of this anime was amazing an i have to say it was the first anime ive watch all the way through an now left hanging wanting to know whats going to happen next, just hoping they dont kill Clare she is by far my favorite Claymore but i wonder if anything will happen with her an roxi or will they juss stay friends or become more than that?
