The reason you kill everything with a single shot is because you're playing at Beginner difficulty.
At Normal difficulty you sometimes need several shots. But I agree, the voiceover guy is super annoying and I'd love to have a way to mute him without muting the rest of the game.

@mak7070 actually technecaly hunting is not useless because if we did not hunt there would be to much of a certain species of animals that they will eventually eat all of the available food and there would not be enough so they would slowly die for death because honestly if we didnt hunt the deer and rabbit population would just end up dieing from lack of food because of the overpopulation
I really want to get a hunting for the Wii but all the ones I've seen so far have just been rediculouse! I'd like one that is not so easy, the animals act more relistic and are not so obliviouse as to what is going on around them. It would be nice to see one that shows you the organs (like cabelas 2010 game) and rewards you for hitting vitals, and penalizes you for not/taking more than one shot. It'd be nice to if they added variety to the animals, such as overall size, especially antlers.
I was about to comment 'The reason they wouldn't want to shoot the females is beyond me', but it seems you've basically said the same thing in the video, lol. Even if they do have to raise the kids that were already born (or whatever you call them), still..

I have to laugh at this a bit. Bears are well known for being very reselient...withstanding multiple shots to vital organs for extended periods of time before actually going down. Unless you shoot it in the head, spine, or directly in the heart...it's not going down. Are you saying all hunters should be able to shoot these specific targets consistently every time or they shouldn't be able to hunt? Maybe thats what you always hit, but we aren't all as awesome as you I guess.

I understand what he's saying, but in real life, if you shot a bear with a 7mm, which is the gun you start with, (Semi automatic, automatic is later on.) The bear will die, but, all hunters know where the vital organs are, which prompts the one hit wonder. And shooting deer, from the head to the arse is pretty much the kill shot. More vital organs are in the chest cavity though.

If it regularly took two to three shots to bring down a bear (because of the thick skin) there wouldn't be many bear hunters around, they would've all been mauled.
As a hunter, I should tell you that bears can easily be taken down with a single shot from a 30 caliber rifle (which is one of, if not the most popular size for big game hunting), even at a much farther range than you shoot them in this game, so killing all the animals in one hit isn't that farfetched.
Other than that, this game is to hunting as Wind Waker is to sailing.

I really want to get a hunting for the Wii but all the ones I've seen so far have just been rediculouse! They should have based the shooting platform on a train. Then you could ride through the prairie and kill all of the buffalo, forcing the red man onto reservations. thats what this game makes me think of, and it is sickening.
