  • @GymMuch There is actually no resting at all in this workout. Here are the workout instructions pulled off of HASfit.com

    Perform the appropriate exercises for your fitness level for four rounds total. 1 x 20, x15, x10, x5 of each exercise .

    HASfit Warrior: DB RDL + Row + Shrug, DB Push Jerk

    HASfit Advanced Warrior: Barbell or DB RDL + Row + Shrug, Barbell or DB Push Jerk

    HASfit Ultimate Warrior: Barbell RDL + Row + Shrug, Barbell Push Jerk

  • this doesnt looks like it'll build much mass...looks like too much resting time between reps
