You could have done the "Collector's Edition" achievement while going this guide yyyh.

!!!Take note that any collectibles you get on your first playthrough will remain collected on any further runs through the level. While the manuscript pages might still be there, they will already be counted as collected, so you don’t need to go out of your way for them again!!!

for anyone trying to get through the scene were you dont fire a shot to get the achievment and the pyramid cans are on the wall in the parking lot, what i did was i jumped onto a car then got on the wall and stood at the pyramid cans, then the taken attacked and when they hit you they smack the cans aswell thus causing them to topple and it counts for you ; )

@kratosjr78 the last pyramid stack (12) is also do-able the same way, i pressed the flashing button then ran outside to were the cans are and stood infront of them and a taken spawns when you hit the switch, let him hit you a few times and he'll end up hitting the cans for you, incase your still trying to get through night springs without firing a shot, i checked my stats and it stated 12/12 even though the last 2 were hit by taken, hope this helps for anyone trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone

ok...I just compared this entire guide's coffee thermos locations to another video guide and THEN took one last good look at a text guide and...the coffee thermos locations are spot on for this video. So I don't want to hear anymore complaining about how people followed this guide "perfectly" and sill didn't get the Hypercaffeinated achievement.

@biocrap21 Same here man! Hate it when people complain like this! I myself just completed Alan Wake myself, for the first time, on Hard. I followed this guide step-by-step as I played. This guide successfully helped me find ALL the TVs, Radios, Coffee Thermos, Chests, Manuscripts (except for the Nightmare difficulty ones), Pyramids, and Signs! I can also vouch for these guides, they are spot-on with the goodies. Now I'll go on to get the rest on Nightmare difficulty, wish me luck!

Thanks for the videos guys they were a huge help. It could have been a bit more descriptive at times but I managed to find everything. I would ask that you don't do the commentary with someone who hasn't played the game ever again though. Now all I need is to beat the game on Nightmare and get the Nightmare Manuscripts and to get Meet the Deadline.

@kozackie I had the same situation, except for I missed a sign. Not as bad looking for a sign as a thermos, I'm sure. I'm accounting it to my own human error (died and collectible reset or I just forgot it while remembering them in chunks of 3). In their video guides, they only missed on can pyramid, as far as I know, the one in chapter 5.

I missed thermos #95 and couldn't go back with the truck.. When your going up the hill and you get to the first ramp stop and go right that is where it is. For those of us who missed it you have to go back there to the first jump and push something up to the flatbed or whatever that is and you have to jump back over that way. About the cans (PYRAMID #11), my brother was playing and he jumped on the car he was driving and jumped onto the wall and kicked over the cans / walked into them, and it counted :D

So you can still get the no shooting achievement and still get all the collectables on the level.
