Tips on how to premote growth

1. Start small- only have a mall amount of industry and reduce the amount of money that goes into your electricty utilities

2. Just keep making houses until your population reaches a good number. Dont worry about imediate building just run it at cheeta speed and watch as building get build and population increases

3. Once you have a good population you should add water pipes and start adding schools this will make any high density areas in

I'd love to see the series continue, but you've got to start out a lot smaller than high density residential with a power plant across the map. Try a farming community at first with a power plant within commuting distance from medium- to low-density residential. Match that with medium and low density commercial nearby, at a ratio of about 3:1. And for heaven's sakes, when you set up a power plant, even a wind plant, make sure you connect it to the citizenry.
