Scouting report says keep and man home on the outside and he get's nothing. He is a good back but always runs for the sideline. That won't work at the next level.
Who does he have offers from? (Actual written full scholarship offers, not coaches who have called asking about him?)
He is definitely not the best back in East TX. I have watched alot of FB this year and have seen better. He is good though.

@MattAFry Since you are so sure of yourself on how Corey will do at the next level then there is no need for you to know where his offers are coming from. Let's just say he is getting many D1 offers, so evidently not everyone agrees with your assessment! I disagree with the scouting report you offer since I saw him play all year and many of his long runs were between the tackles, not outside. Plus if he had played behind a good offensive line, who knows what #s he would have put up!

Tra Carson is a good back as well, but who did LE play this year really? They barley beat Pewitt and lost to Gilmer twice. Gladewater had 2 state champions(Gilmer, Carthage) a 4A drop down (Henderson, which LE also lost to) and a state quarterfinalist(Pitt). We had a new coach and a yong team and Corey still went for 1,750.

Corey is an amazing running back. He puts in the work and it shows in his play on field and attitude off the field. Of all the backs I've seen in this area, he is the most fluid. I wish him a lot of luck wherever he decides to play next year.
