NATO Should Cut Gaddafi's Arms Supply by Attacking Other African Nations

I can't understand T. West.. But then again, he doesn't understand himself. So I guess that makes two of us. Just look at the map: the rebels hold outposts right surrounding Tripoli, to 100 miles from it. Gaddafi still hangs on, but how much will he be able to keep at it? If his weapons routes are cut off, its only a matter of time until the Libyans join the family of free nations. I say - use your aerial superiority and cut them!

First of all, I suggest you get an understanding of what "free nations" are. The US is not a "free" nation, although most would think it is. Even with the criminal rebel forces in small pockets in the Western mountains, they hardly surround Libya and have virtually gained no ground since February. However, if you buy in to most of what you're hearing in the corporate media, you would believe the lie that Tripoli is days away from falling. It's not going to happen.

@AfriSynergy Neither Gaddafi forces are to defeat the rebels. This is a stalemate that has been going on since February - first, cause Gaddafi flew planes filled with Libyan gold to Russia in return for the brand new AK-74 his troops currently use, otherwise he would have been overrun in the onset. Second, cause the rebels are not organized, therefore they do not attack coherently and Gaddafi forces repel their attacks with relatively few casualties.. This will change if they run out of ammo.

You read in the mass media "stalemate" and then come here to repeat it. It is far from a "stalemate". The criminal rebels will never govern Libya. Libya is not going to run out of ammo - NATO will go bankrupt and the rebels will kill off each other before that happens.

It would be a fatal mistake for NATO to categorically start bombing Chad and vehicles that they think are bringing weapons into Libya. "Aerial superiority" could never defeat Libya just as it could not overthrow Iraq, as liars such as Paul Wolfowitz and others stated it would. Former Defense Secretary Gates stated it correctly when he indicated it would be a grave mistake to put ground troops in Libya or anywhere in Africa. Perpetual air attacks will further bankrupt NATO.

@AfriSynergy NATO can afford to pulverize Libya to ashes if necessary. And, if taking into account the huge oil reserves of Libya, it could also support a land invasion if necessary. May I suggest you take a look at the hard numbers of Gaddafi's army against Nato available forces, before you suggest that "it would be a grave mistake to put ground troops in Libya". Gaddafi pees - NATO gets wet. NATO spits - Gaddafi drowns. Its as simple as that.

Even if NATO killed every Libyan it would mean the end of NATO. Why? Because credibility throughout the world would be lost. This is why their media has to continue to try to spin all of this to make it appear something different from what it actually is. This is not going to happen. NATO has done about all it can do. Drones are being shot down so they don't really help. The siege of Tripoli hasn't worked fast enough. Budgetary forces will strangle their efforts.

Steve Harvey is a bit slow in coming around. I have heard about what he said but haven't checked it out yet. Maybe I will and will later focus on it. Obama, even with the help of some of his Zionist banker friends is not likely to be re-elected.
