  • Holy shit! i love your videos man! give me more!

  • what brand is your od emergency blanket?

  • I just stumbled into you on a search for how to braid 550 into things like belts, slings etc. and after watching you vid on a braided eye, I went to your channel n found this one one your "line kit". Amazingly well done for under 5min. The first word that came to mind was "stellar". I already sub'd & will be checking out more ...from what I just saw, LOTS more. THIS VID ROCKS!!

  • Thanks for all your videos. I am learning alot from you. This is a great way to keep everthing nice and small. Do you find it a pain when you only need 1 or 2 pieces of cord? How you seen the system from Hedgehog Leatherworks on "Parachute Cord / 550 Cord Management and Storage - Wilderness Survival"?

Again thanks for this video I learn alot from it and I now have a great cord kit!

  • and yes the stuff i get, that they sell, is military spec. 550 para-cord. :D and realistically, when are you ever going to be putting 550 lbs on 1 piece of this rope? i mean really. least ways my Army & Airforce buddys like it.

  • Hello, just thought I'd mention that i get my para-cord. camping (no spaces) survival dot com their para-cord is relatively inexpensive as opposed to most places on the net. actually how people gouge for their stuff kinda ticks me off. but i digress. i usually get the 50 foot od green or black for $3.95 plus shipping. they have varying kinds and colors so..take yer pick. :D they are good folks an they don't rip ya off.

  • slip knot...those who crochet.. know it as chaining. :D regardless it obviously works..just teasing a bit.

  • Great video, just what I was looking for! I was talking to T Co on BCUSA about the tarp shelter bushclass and how it would be nice to have pre-cut lengths in appropriate sizes. He suggested I check this video out. Thanks!

  • @ThePetrifiedwood Your welcome, glad you like it

  • Great idea the "line kit". Gonna make up one for myself prior to my next outing. Glad I caught your channel from a "LIKE" by my friend wawhiker.

  • 1:20 OMG Killer bug on your leg watchout!

  • Very cool idea, I usually just throw a hank of cord in my bag but this makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing.

  • uve got a tick or something crawlin on u at 1:30 or so.

  • so do you fuse the ends of the lines or not?

  • @Zeppelinfaktor Yes sir, I always do for my line kits.

  • Great info thanks for sharing.

  • where do you buy that 550 cord? Does really has a breaking point at 550lbs???

  • 550+1 ,again easy to get and do demo that makes sense for cord in the woods

  • Ive known about the daisy chain for quite a while but I have never thought of carrying my paracord like that. Great Idea5*

  • 5/5 thank you for showing it. I always role my rope around my fist in much longer lenght but those strips of rope already precut in to a yard or meter lenght is much better way. Thank you again.

  • Excellent Iowa!

  • thanks for the info. very useful video.

  • Very informative...thanks for sharing! 5/5

  • Great tutorial on 550! Favorited! 5.5

  • Great tips and video thanks for sharing

  • Great vid again, Ia. Thanks for putting this one up.

    Iz

  • No problem bro

  • What kind of blanket you got there bud? Looks pretty nice. Thanks for the vid, and I completely agree: no need to waste paracord by cutting it every time. This is the way to go.

  • That is a US military causality blanket. You can get them at Bens Backwoods.

  • good job! 5/5

  • Thanks
