  • Stunning example of a well cared for fox.. Have someone hide the title and refuse to give it to you should you ever ask for it other than a medical emergency. She is a keeper!

  • @hothatchpa Thanks, it was actually for sale last year, but i decided to keep her

  • Damn it has all this done to it and only has 340hp???? They rated mine at about 370hp (havent dyno'd it yet) . With a 200 shot it was running high 5s and low 6s on an 1/8 mile

  • @MrMustangFan87 It's rated at 340hp from Ford if you add your own intake and fuel injectors ect... . They might have rated yours at 370hp, but after the dyno you will most likely be dissapoited. You have about 300hp to the tires at best.

  • @jeffsond Well Im trying to get an 88 LX ,he dyno'd it and its got over 620hp ,It has Flowmasters 40s w 2 1/2" pipes ,B303 ,BBK shorty headers ,(Idk what size) Twin turbo ,BBK upper and lower pulley kit , and Hurst comp. Shifter, MSD Ignition coil and wires, 1.5" lowering springs ,36lb injectors(Im not sure about these now) MSD EFI Distributor ,and some other stuff I cant remember. I havent seen his car since hes got the TT for it ,so Im not sure about these parts now.....Hopefully Ill get it

  • @jeffsond Idk if hes swapped the engine out yet ,but he was trying to get a 393 ,351 ,or 342 Stroker for it

  • I could tell those are magnaflows with out even looking in the description love how it sounds smooth but mean love your mustang clean and best sound

  • @93mustangboy Thanks, i do like the sound but im thinking about trying the MAC dumps??? I like that mearner more aggresive sound.

  • Nice car. You don't see them that clean.

  • @lx1992mustang Thanks

  • wow, this is one of the cleanest, and best sounding Lx's i have ever seen :-) And this is comming from a goat owner lol... Nice Job Man !

  • @6speedlover Thanks

  • cars a 12 second car with a harder launch on some slicks. my coupe with a stock 302 just has intake carb and exhaust with a c4 with 3.08 open end rear has been 12.9@104 so ur car has more left in it forsure.

  • @GabbiesBoy789 Right1 this should be a 12 sec. car I need a line lock so i can heat up the tires. My best 60' is 1.98. I think that says alot right there.

  • i need to know where you got those blue gauges! lol

  • @BaNtHoNy51 If you like the Blue lights you might really like the pink lights. I'll make a video with those in it just for you ;P

  • Is it still for sale?

  • what color red is the paint?

  • @ChaosPB93 it's stock and called "bright red"

  • very beautiful car!!!

what size is that cowl hood? 1.5" or 2 inch?

  • @ed9diaz thanks, 2"

  • Anyhow, good luck with your sale. It is a nice car, and I'm sure you will regret selling it, as many guys do once they sell their toys that they pour so much of their time and hard-earned money into. Best of luck... AJ

  • Reason I was able to sell the truck for MORE than I paid for it was simply because the current market value on the truck at the time was still around $8 grand or better. I made (earned) about a grand for my hard work, & a local plow company bought a nice turn-key truck to add to his fleet. My point is that no matter how you slice it, if I would have started pouring money into extras, the vehicle wouldn't have fetched me any more money than what I got. It's just a simple fact of selling vehicles.

  • The truck needed the plow blade and the right rear quarter panel repaired. I also replaced the entire braking system including all lines in the truck. Truck was a plow truck from day one, owned by 2 people. It was fully loaded (all the bells & whistles) and even had a few add-ons. It was fair when I got it, and stunningly MINT when I sold it. I bought it for $3,500, put about $1,500 into it, & I sold it for $6,000. Nobody ever recouped the value of of the NEW engine, save perhaps the new owner.

  • Before you piss & moan to me also, hear me out. I had a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500HD with a Meyer 8ft contractor grade plow. I bought the truck with only 45,000 ORIGINAL miles on it just 4 years ago. It had a BRAND NEW $5,000 8.0L V-10 just put in it by the previous owner. When I bought the truck, it had about 1,500 miles on the new engine. No lie! I got the receipts from the shop that did all the work too. The problems with the truck were all that of a rode-hard and put-to-bed-wet truck. Continued...

  • Correct. Only worth what some fool is willing to pay. BTW, nice car. But regardless, it's a $4 to 5 thousand dollar car, and no more. Doesn't matter how much money you pour into a car, or whatever. Just because you dump money into something, that does not necessarily increase its value - particularly automobiles! Just because you were nuts enough to put a new "Ford crate motor" in the car, doesn't mean squat. In fact, that DE-values it, as now the car doesn't have the original engine any more.

  • @superturbodiesel lmao its called long block and it ups the value of the car vs the stock short block with max stroke of 347ci

  • no disrespect intended but i guarantee on everything that my 91 gt will put an asswhooping on that car... my body is just as clean just needs paint and i would be lucky to get 5000..

  • Clean car!

  • 11 grand for a 93 mustang lx?? dude your crazy thats a 5 thousand dollar car all day long. that car was probably 18k new. i dont know if anyone has told you this but in the real world mods dont increase resale value. no wonder its still not sold after almost two years. my god

  • @jacobstern14048 No im not crazy. I was offered $11,500. I turned it down do to the fact the car I was looking to purchase ended up not being what I wanted. I only posted the car just a few months ago..not 2 yrs. I have numerous people interested. It's just on hold due to my status with the other car. You might want to look at all that has been done to the car before spouting off.

  • @jeffsond like i said, putting aftermarket parts on a car, bike or whatever does not increase resale value. why does everyone tend to forget that? its your loss when you do any kind of work to a car thats aftermarket. you think a dealer would give you 11.5 for that car? haha wrong they'd be lucky to pull 11 out of that even with their bullshit sales schemes. people these days are ignorant.

  • @jacobstern14048 WOW, you must not be able to read. Like I said I WAS OFFERED $11,500. What do you not understand??? It is a FORD Crate engine and it does add value to the car. Some people are just plain stupid!

  • @jeffsond just because you were offered $11.5k does not mean it is worth that amount. modding a car takes away from the resale, not adds to it and people tend to forget that. they try to make their money back or turn a profit. you'll be lucky to get $6-7k for it.

  • @brendanryan0510 It's worth what ever somebody is willing to pay.

  • I see you ran it buddy, nice times, i gotta run mine again i changed a few things, heh..... hoping to be in the 12s as long as i can buy that driver mod, if you wanna see my times watch my video.

  • Thanks, I hope the bottom end is built better than what I have for those kind of pressures. Post a video and pics, I'd love to see it

  • @jeffsond

I finished my stang, it put down 449rwhp. It wasn't enough, so I upgraded top end and had a custom cam ground...final numbers on friday...522rwhp and 449rwtq

  • @wilburtsutube HOLY SMOKE! Thats just what this car needs. Gimmie that engine

  • Comment removed

  • 5.0 with 340 hp?? or 5.0+mods=340hp?

  • its the Ford crate 5.0 340hp. Ford lets you know what item to bolt on the engine for optimum output. Fuel inj., TB, Mass air, those types of items are what they want you to add to get the power.

  • @jeffsond ohh gotcha so how much did the whole setup run you without the car?

  • $4200 for the engine, then bolt ons. I have about $8200 in the car which includes all suspension, ele. fan gears brakes ect. Too many to list. plus what I gave for the car itself which was $6000.

  • Thats a nice clean lx. What size is the cowl hood? 1.5"-2"?

  • Thanks, It's 2" Goodmark steel cowl hood

  • i fuckin hate you, but in a good way hahaha nice stang.

  • Thanks...I think?

  • Thanks. I want to treat her to a Kenne Bell supercharger and then off to the races for a good mashing :)

  • if u wanna go a lil more crazyer id get a procharger kenne bells arnt so good wit the pushrod motors but there grear on the mod motors

but hey its ur car u do what u want either way its ganna be fucken sweet

  • Thanks, I like the look of the supercharger sitting ontop of the intake. Who makes a good one?

  • i love me a kenne bell 2 but if ur looken for power id get a procharger P1 sc and if u really wanna go crazyer u could get a D1 sc

i like prochargers their stuff it aint cheap but its good

im currently builden a 351 stroked to a 408 with AFR heads and a procharger D1 sc wit a trick flow r serires intake (best intake for super chargering)

  • according to Ford, I can only go with 6lbs. boost safely. That was one reason I was looking a the Kenne Bell.

Why dont we just swap engines. :)

  • that is true butttt who wants to stay stock? ;) lol

stroker kit and comp ratio at about 8.5 to 1

  • just bought this engine not too long ago and... I need a place to sleep at night. The wife is already not too happy.

  • lol totaly understand

  • your car looks and sounds great!

how did you get the paint to shine like that? do you use any compounds/polishes? or is it a new paint job?

  • Thanks, The hood, front bumper and rear bumper have been repainted about 2 years ago. The rest of the car is original paint. I used Mothers claybar about 4 years ago and I use Meguires 3 step cleaner, polish & wax. Then i use Mothers quick detailer and a Duster. The car hasnt been wash for about 4 years now. But it stays in the garage except for about 2000-2500 miles a year
