I see what i can do to help....Uh make sure that the files are avi,mpg,wmv,asf, or dvr-ms
When you get in intervideo go to edit and once you click it there is a movie film thing (the icon) it will say "double-click to import media files" on the blue...and that's it. ^^ hope that help sweetie.

Oh! Sorry Haven't been look at my comments till now...how I did it is that on the window movie marker I upload all the pictures from my folder. but on InterVideo WinDVD Creator it's soooo different and hard to use cause it would mess up on me a lot.
