The first frog looks like a new morph of Dendrobate Reticulatus not necessarily a new species.

The first one is from the "Atelopus" genus, the family that the famous Atelopus zeteki, or the panamanian golden frog belongs too. Gorgeous little toad :)

you're probably thinking of a plecostomus-ive got one too. the fish at :24 is a species of dwarf catfish and was discovered in 2005.

I dont know what kind of shows youve been watching but that fish is not new Its called A wide mouth placo,or otherwise known as the rubber lip ,or rubber nose..The Rubber nose pleco is a South American fish native to Venezuela Its scientific name is Chaetostoma look it up I have two of them and by the way thay are dwarf...........DWARF PLACOS

It's a new species that might be in the genus Chaestostoma. It was discovered in 2005 in Suriname. So chances are you have a closely related species.

You can tell bij the topview and the fins.

Then from bottomview you can clearly distinct it by the mouth shape.

I just recently read about this. I just wish the extinction wave facing amphibians could be stopped. So many species die out before even discovered. And I like frogs, great indicators of their environment. Beautiful to look at too.
