He appears to be a reckless jackass. Granted, they're just animals...we don't need to give a crap about them as long as we call it art and wrap it in a bunch of lofty bullsh*t. Next time, maybe he can launch it into a crowd of people or traffic...maybe a playground. Maybe he can break an ankle or knock down an elderly. That will be great commentary on the illusion behind our expectations of balance and safety. If I saw some endangering turd doing this, I'd drop that ball on his empty head.
