  • wow!

    genuinely inspirational.

"go to the job you dont have to force yourself to

hang out with the friends you like

listen to whats right for you"

Any tips on how to listen to that voice?

  • @MegaRucker Trial and error. Do what feels most deeply right, follow that "Yes" feeling, avoid that "No" feeling, but keep checking in with yourself because it will change. I think you can approach life roughly 2 ways: 1. Do what's right no matter how you feel until it feels right. or 2. Do what feels right until it is right. Neither path is risk free. Path 1 can lead to dogmatic rigid rule worship. Path 2 can lead to addiction. But either one can lead to a good life too...I'm way down path 2...

  • @MegaRucker A physical practice like T'ai-Chi that brings your resistance to the surface and safely invites you to let it go is helpful too. A creative practice in any art form can be very helpful as well. Anything laboratory where you can compare what feels right to what actually is right for you is helpful. If you're interested in a physical practice I have a book you might like, if you're interested in a creative practice I have a book about that too. Visit my site if you are curious...
