I cant believe people r dissin picotto. His tracks and the old Nukleuz Noisemaker series were the hardest and most groundbreaking hard trance tracks of the late 90's and Early 2000's. "Pulsar" still sounds fresh as a daisy today!! Picotto imho is a true pioneer of the hard dance scene. Tiesto, armin and picotto etc have been some of the biggest driving forces behind the trance and hard trance scene since the mid-late 90's, and the hard dance scene wouldnt be what it is today without them
