I love this song! I felt this way when my best friend lost her twins. I usually know what to say to make people feel better, but when that happened I was at a loss for words. There are no words to comfort a grieving mother. Only the presence of God, friends, and family.

Casting Crowns know what songs to sing and they do it with a psiion unlike any other christian band i know. They put everything they have into their songs and hold nothing back. By sharing his experiences he is making it easier for those who dont knoww how they feel about christians, he makes it a little easier to show how awesome god is and how he works in our lives. Even if it isnt a big thing.

the song was written out of Mark Hall's experience with the death of the father of a kid in his youth group

Mark was at a loss trying to figure out how to console steven over his dad's death, trying to find the right words, then God basically told him, "it's not your job to have all your answers, just love him like jesus would"
