This is like a TAX on your pets are you serious but i do i agree that its overpopulated but the price for a permit is outburst whats next a TAX on animals food products they need to crack down on the one abusing their pets on breeding more than once a year cause that's the main reason for this it affects me I just have one pet and it can never get out of my yard hes on lockdown when he on heat you need to see this as a step to just take our hard earn money fuck them
