Labrador Retriever Pregnancy Puppies Kicking

I also have a labrador retriever. I was wondering about her early pregnancy term. My girl has been swollen on her lower nipples towards her legs. I have recently gotten a 4 month old Purebred American bulldog male, but the vet said he cant be fixed until 6 months so I assumed he couldnt get her. I havent seen him get her, but shes been acting wierd, whining, swollen bottom nipples, and sleeping more. I was just wondering if your dogs symptoms were similar. Thanks!
