@bryce251 It really depends. In many ways, you can argue that FO3 and FO:NV are essentailly the same game with many of the same mechanics. The difference lies in the "feel" of the game and details.

FO:NV wins in terms of weapons and game balancing. otherwise it's not better, or is worse than FO3

@EpowerFTW This is probably being measured by general fighting. Accuracy reload rate, damage. Even though the Gauss rifle does loads of damage, it has only one shot each clip. Which sucks for CQC. The Chinese Assault Rifle on the other hand has a large enough clip, pretty good damage and accuracy, and reloading in the middle of a fight won't fuck you up.
