Note that the "reviewer" never bothered to actually compare the results to using just plain water. Had he done so, perhaps he might have noticed that they are a COMPLETE SCAM! They do not work, and the "principles" involved are complete bunk, pseudoscientific garbage, including the idea that magnets can remove rust from laundry or "minimize the size of the water molecule." Huh?!?
Nor do they in ANY way affect the pH of water, another of TrueGreen's claims.

They clean no better than water alone.

This was more of a product introduction than a product review. The information in this review is exactly what you would hear from the manufacture.
The review would be to actually use it and let us know how it worked on average stained clothes.

I got one. finally.
after i read the manual. it said, use 2 balls if you have load more than 5kg.
I wonder, how much a 5kg is...
and i found that 5kg~5litre
and 5 litre was 0.1765 cu.ft.
a normal size of a top load Kenmore would be 3.5 cu.ft, isn't it?!!
with that price, i can only afford one...
Now i wonder if it ever did its job... :(
