awesome book. a fair amount of the recipes are pretty easy, and all are delicious. im about as amateur as they come, so some recipes are a bit over my head. someone with more experience than me would probably benefit more from the book, but all recipes are really well explained.

salad is really great, if you dont have sun dried tomatoes you can sear regular tomatoes with herbs de Provence, hella good
