  • @killabeez123 The one, the only.. Frank Sinatra! :-)

  • A SHARK!!! the funniest part lol

  • Peep in the Deep, a "Dizzy Divers" color remake

  • this has to be one of the few times that bluto is not trying to date rape olive oyl.

  • 4:51 could not stop laughing

  • There's A Re-Dubbed Version Of This Cartoon So Bluto Is Now Brutus!

    Jim Cummings-Popeye

    Nancy Cartwright-Olive Oyl

    Rob Paulsen-Bluto/Brutus

  • Last Popeye with the Motion Picture Producers and Distributors of America (MPPDA) logo.

  • Neither does Olive

  • I just find it amazing how they can walk under water with no diving suits or boots and breath with just a helmet on and no oxygen tanks, speaking as a former Navy diver.

  • didnt mae questel also voice popeye when he went into the service?

  • Did anyone else notice that the "mermaid" was topless?

  • @flimflam742 Yup and she has no boobs lol

  • Lots of incredible trivia found in the comments! Here's one which is actually a film mistake: at 4:03 Popeye defeats the swordfish with a hard left hook - yet the"plaque" where the fish ends up says "Caught by Popeye with a Right Hook"

  • Dear TempMichaelHansen, An animated version of Sinatra seranades "Olive Oyl"

at the end of a Paramount/Famous "Popeye"movie cartoon

titled "Shape Ahoy". He sings to her"Let's Get Lost". I hope that this answers your query about the "Popeye"

movie cartoon that features a cameo appearance from

    "The Chairman Of The Board"?

  • too dark need better print

  • This Paramount/Famous"Popeye"movie cartoon is a reworking of"Dizzy Divers". With a change in the ending..where "Olive"reveal the treasure to be a B&W glossy photo of"The Chariman Of The Board"..Mr.Frank Sinatra.

  • @143AC what cartoon has Mr.Frank Sinatra? i vaguly remember it

  • @TEMPmichaelhansen Just a picture in this one; he was parodied in animation at the very end of "Shape Ahoy". A similar parody appears in the Little Audrey 'toon, "Goofy Goofy Gander".

  • @143AC where is dizzy divers with frank sinatra

  • Once again,Jack Mercer didn't do "Popeye's"voice for this movie cartoon. It's not Jack Mercer or Harry Welch or even Mae Questel? I don't know who did "Popeye's"voice in this cartoon?

but? It's none of those actors.

  • i love the music selection in this picture!!

  • @elwin38 Chopin's "Minute Waltz" during the mermaid sequence. Listening to that and all the other traditional sea tunes makes me hate todays cartoons all the more.

  • loans easy terms

    lol my favorite part

  • I think that William Henning's Popeye(6:00-6:10) is the ugliest I ever saw.

  • Well..what d'ya expecks??? Popeye is ugly hack-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack

  • Thank you for uploading the first Cinecolor Popeye.

  • Thank You.
