@Azurikman 18/00 is the highest you can acheive without any boosting whatsoever, by potions, book spells etc etc. And yes you can break it with that STR, in fact I think anything above 18/93 is good. But the 00 means 100, which you obviously know already lol, so it's the best.

Just so you know, you don't have to drag equipment to the appropriate slot to equip it. Just drag it to the 'paper doll'. It saves time, especially if you have to switch equipment quickly during a fight.

You'd need perfect strength just about to break that lock. And you need to be a halfling with all your starting points put into pick locks to pick it. It contains a gem that sells for 1000GP. Very useful early on.
