The Y2K which runs a rolls royce (allison) jet engine . must be one of the top exotic`s . The Tomahawk has 4 wheels . Also dodge hasnt had anywhere near the performance figures that some quote . Mr maynard (maybe not quite his name ) made a conventional bike with a dodge viper engine and was tested at 200mph . Conventionaly the fastest is the kawa A1 and the 1999 busa . both came without restrictions officially .

the 'busa was the first bike to have a federally mandated speed limiter. roomer has it if you unplug the shift position sensor (so it can't tell if you are in 5th or 6th) you might be able to squeeze a bit more out of it, but you fuel mileage takes and arrow to the knee.
