How many oppose the war without understanding the objective? Here is a quote from John McCain regarding that issue. "The fundamental of warfare is you go in with victory being the object. Victory means an Afghanistan that has a functioning government, that will never return to being a base for attacks against the United States of America." Remember 9-11? We fight to ensure that it will never happen again. I'm down. If we do not have security, nothing else matters.

@susiediaz You do know 9/11 has nothing to do with Afghanistan and Iraq? Those were just scapegoats america used so that the citizens wouldn't say "hey are government is useless and stupid"

Plus we are nation building in those countries, spreading our way of life... why? look at our country, we are failing at being a country right now and we want to spread our way of life? We are in other countries risking men's lives so they can have democracy? It doesn't make sense to me.
