I have a theory about the ending of this show. I bet Courtney Cox is going to drive the hospital into the ground, and Kelso can't stand it. Kelso and the Janitor will unite to drive off Courtney Cox and get rid of her. Once they do Kelso will have a stroke and die, Dr. Cox will become the New cheif. But since the Hospital is in such disarray Cox will convince J.D., Turk, And Carla to leave and open their own Practice, which they do. Elliot then marries Keith, and moves to idk Connecticut.
