    AHHHHHHHHHHH......!!

    Going UP

  • It's in the water

  • As a Chicagoan and Firesign fan of a certain age, I was driving from Phoenix to LA last month, in unfamiliar territory. I was looking for some land I'd inherited in the "high desert". Found the Antelope Freeway on a map in southeastern California!

Thought of Heater, Hellmouth and the "low desert" on my travels. Great clip!!

  • Just write to me at my award-winning communications trailer, space 9, Blue Mouse Trailer Resort, Hellmouth, CA 90666

  • Thanx4 posting I need a copy of this

  • yes, I do have In the Next World You're on Your Own..

  • My favorite character from this era of albums was 'Nino Savate and the Psychic Minute'.

  • I have most of the Firesign albums on vinyl, they're still available in a lot of used record shops, this is great stuff, love to see more!

  • Do you have the best one? In the Next World?

  • I just realized I have this whole movie on videotape...Kule..

  • That is ODD isnt it... a film set in motion to an already-produced album. Please post more video!

I want to see Rebis jump into the hole!

  • Papoon for President!!! Where did you find this? Is there more of it...the whole album, perchance?!?

  • Unfortunately I don't own the album itself, just the film version (which is basically the entire album set to motion - I believe its one of the few films ever made in which the entire soundtrack was lip-synced by the cast). I got lucky and found it in a discount bin at an old video store. There's still some copies floating around on VHS, but they are kinda hard to find. It's a great little flick, though, and certainly a discarded comedic gem!

  • @watchwinder

It isn't the whole album. There is a sequence that needed animation, but they couldn't afford it. That was before the days of computer animation; a Flash sequence would be cheap today.
