This video is silly (...I think it's supposed to be), but I checked out the website and there's a lot of funny stuff on it. (Be patient, though- it takes a while to load) ...And Wendy's isn't so bad- You guys just take YouTube WAY too seriously. If YOU could post crap videos, why can't THEY?!

I think there should be two more flags - a "copyright infringement" flag and possibly a "spam" flag. Those who post ads they find "cool" (define "actually cool")are breaking youtube's terms of service by infringing someones copyright - while wendy's posting wendy's own ads aren't breaking youtube's terms of service.

It's fine when people upload TV ads that are actually cool, but a corp posting ads so bad they wouldn't even put them on TV first is offensive.

I partly agree. First define "cool". One mans funny ad is another mans crap shill. The HeadON ads are on youtube for crying out loud, they can't possibly be "cool".

There should be a away of marking things that are infringing copyrights - if these ads are posted by wendy's ad agency, then they are not infringing copyrights. If these ads are posted by wendy-ad-fans then they are.
