EXCELLENT work!!! Ricky and Pepi (the 2 brothers/vets) are angels!! Ricky did 2 neutering stints in Greece, but unlike in Romania, foreign vets who want to carry out free neutering are not welcome in Greece..... there's great opposition from the private vets & authorities, which is ridiculous, because the country is teeming with stray dogs & cats. Well done, RAR and great to hear Maria's song for the strays in Romania!!
