Brilliant! Great editing & words explaining. Wonderful performance. Sorrow does have to be expressed. Many of us shield our those we love from our inner torments.
This "hidden" emotion is partially responsible for "eating us up alive" thoughts, fears and physical challenges; cancer and early degradation of our bodies the result.
By giving voice to this pain, you help to release it in others, the true role of art: healing and revealing. I bet your mother is very proud!
