For some reason I had always assumed u were Japanese living in either Sydney or Melb. oops... my younger sister has recently returned from a year living and teaching english in Japan. I can never remember the name of the place. may have been just out of Osaka? She loved it, and there is now a huge Japanese influence in her life. ESPECIALLY with food, lol. What on earth was the 'moving' dish served at roughly 1 min in?! Did u manage to pick up much of the language?
@jeebersjumpincryst That is okonomiyaki and it's delicious, the moving parts are just bonito flakes or whatever moving due to the heat. In fact if I can pull myself out of this seat within the next 15 minutes I will go get some more.
