im going on holiday in july and need to loose weight, im 5 ft 6, and weigh, aprox 14 stone and 6 lbs, so i need to loose the weight quickly!!!!!!...but safely!!!

if you do the lemonade diet and throw in exercise with it you will see extreme results really quick start it now and by june you will be good just get yoga and cardio workouts off you tube and stick to them do 1 to 2 hours everyday it will suck the first few days but then it is so awesome!

I totally agree!! You will see drastic results if you do the cleanse and workout... My thing is swimming for close to 2 hr. I will be attempting to do this daily while cleansing and will be recording my results to share with you all starting Jun. 1st... You will have the energy if you follow the cleanse exactly.
