What has this video has proven is that Haggerty had charges of writing bad checks that were either dismissed or he was found not guilty.
The D.U.I. charge stood so that proves Haggerty is human. People will not judge the man on one mistake. This video is in poor taste and yes I trust Kevin Haggerty all the way to Harrisburg. Vote Haggerty for State Representative!
