  • congrats on escaping the cult of veganism.

  • 20 years ago we didn't have the research on vitamin b12. Vegan is the diet for the future, and the information age is what makes it possible to do it right. Now is the time.

It sounds like you had all of the hallmarks of b12 deficiency. I would take b12 every day even if I ate meat.

  • you obviously went vegan for all the wrong reasons. No real vegans would start eating meat, dairy, eggs etc after 20 years and let down all the animals. Also, there is a wealth of information on where vegans can get b12 etc-if you had ate the right foods then your health wouldnt have suffered. Mind you, your conscience should be suffering more but going by your video it appears not to be!!

  • here you go, ive been vegan for just under 30 years. im healthy, im 45 and im not some lame ass cop out. you were very clearly never really vegan, you werent doing it for the right reasons. REAL vegans arent vegan for their own health (ego), they are vegan so that animals do not have to suffer and die.

  • Check out Mimi Kirk...who is raw vegan and has been that way for well over 20 years!!!

  • You just went too far with your diet, we all need to balance our food consumption....meat and vegetables, become either 100% vegan or meat eater and on the long run you will develop health problems. This is why neither vegans or meat eaters are right, a person can't rely on just one food source, we need both meat and vegetables

    Hope you get better....

  • what a depressing person dont waste time watching this embodiment of negative energy

  • vegetable's protein- amino acids content is usually more deficient when the vegetable is raised with petro chemicals and is non-organic, they just aren't inherently solid rejuvenation food sources. the amino acid potential of fresh organic pototoes are much better then these GMOs Petro potatoes.

  • Hi kimmy,May I enquire as to your Diabetes status !.

I have concerns about your well-being.

    Peace...

  • Why don't you consider vitamin supplements?

  • Comment removed

  • ok i will say sorry for calling her stupid wich was not nice but you need to check your facts befor you go on youtube and start saying all this stuff that is not true and yes i looked up the facts

  • @rndmbrowser lol last time i checked having a valid point does not make me a low life im simply giving the truth sorry you can't handle it

  • I am very grateful that you are sharing this with us. I had symptoms of fatigue 2 years after being vegan due to b12 diffeciency. Then I started supplementing with oral b12. Oral forms are barely enough to raise your levels. Injections are much more effective but I had bad side effects on them. I need to try other forms of B12, like patches, and injections of methy or hydroxy cobalamin. Could you please tell us how much animal products you were consuming before starting eating meat.

  • Vegetarianism is good for vision quest or talking to gods or demons! But they way they kill and care for animals for our food is genocide and terrible. Try free range grass feed animals. How is the nuclear fallout treating you all?

  • I wish you a blessed new year with good health Kim. Truly hope you have a great year and I will pray for good health for you.

  • and it sounds like someone jammed some meat down her throat finally. and she is still mad about it lol

  • you guys realize she is trolling you right.

  • my mom has been vegan for 40 years and my grandma for 67 !!! this girl has no clue what she is talking about i got like 3 mins into and she sounded so stupid that i had to stop the video

  • @mixedbeauty20 You are a low life. You should be ashamed of yourself.

  • being veg or vegan or great lIFE LONGE diets just some people are stupid (you) and don't eat right and then get sick and blame it on the vegan life style lol so sad

  • LOL you don't eat fruit, no wonder you got weak honey!

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya I think you hit the nail on the head there! She looks rather anorexic. This chick should go back to cooked carbs for a while and get on a strength training program to build vitality. I was vegan for a while, then went back to eating eggs and cheese because I wanted to gain more muscle, but I was wrong. I cut out the disgusting eggs and cheese recently and am bulking up hugely on massive amounts of fruit with some beans and rice. Carb up honey!

  • Oh brother!!!

  • So how do you feel about some of your other videos that were insulting to omnivores in light of you quitting?

  • You are amazing keep up loving in this planet love.

  • ((huggles)) some people seem to manage a vegan diet and others not, depends on genetic make up, and metabolism, and this is noted by if you have defined canines or no canines. I am a feline hybrid starseed, and I crave for my fish and milk... and I have eggs... But I don't eat red meat eg animals with advanced neuro-network.

  • unsubscribed

  • @ILOVEanimals4evaxx so much for being a true friend of her... true friends stick by each other through thick and thin...

  • Congrats on your health improving. Fuck those people who get down on you and try to guilt trip you for eating animals. Your health is more important than the opinions of a bunch of diet-craze losers. I hope everything works out for you!

  • i hope you get 100%

  • I'm glad to hear you are doing better. When it comes to diets, there are many philosophies on what is best. You have to do what works for you.You may find you will improve once you stop stressing about keeping to any set diet. One thing that always makes me feel better when i'm under the weather is hot and sour soup.I drop some jalapeno slices,it helps me sweat out some toxins.I hope you find something that works for you,I wish you well.

  • you re a pig!!! Thats your own judgement and the one of my pig! go vegan! go vegan!

  • @Mongodelight: She did, for 20 years, and it seems that like Lierre Keith, who was also vegan/vegetarian for 20 years, it is not something everyone can do and be healthy.

    So please get over yourself.

  • @DrKyure LKeith was not vegan though. She said in an interview on youtube that she would binge on eggs and dairy every chance she got...

  • @jbrah69L: And the rest of the time she was a vegan. But really, eating more then a vegan for 20 years and getting sick is worse than if she had been a vegan.

Some people can, some people can't. Simple as that.

  • Happy New Year and hope you get well soon.

  • u didn't feel like throwing up when you ate meat for the first time?

  • I think you a very strong person for doing this video. You are helping people by doing this video so they could get more B12 on this diet. After watching this video i think it was not your fault of the vegan diet fault, it was the Doctors fault for not checking your B12 but you also said you stop taking B12 you should of kept on taking B12. Anyway i wish you a Happy New Year and hope you get well soon.

  • @RAWV3GAN: It's never the diet unless a person eats meat huh?

  • @kimxxxyyy Happy New Year Kim! I eat a lot of fish myself. I've lived on the ocean and have done some fishing etc. Bottom line is variety in diet. i don't eat eggs (allergies to them) but there's a small amount of eggs in a lot of food. I don't sweat it. I don't eat shrimp either (highly allergic to it). Red meats a couple of times a week. I'm healthy as a horse with perfect cholesteral. I Don't eat much dairy. Just in my coffee and sometimes cheese. Hope your health improves!

  • From the Horizons Herbs website: We eat the chalcone-laden stems daily and haven't been sick once. The plant goes into your body, finds what ails you, and gently but firmly escorts it OUT of your body. Eat the fresh stems daily. Eat the leaves, too, if you like. Or, dry the leaves and make them into tea or tincture (1:4 50%A 50%W.

I have been using this herb for almost six months now and have not been sick either.

    Hope you get well soon.

  • @husabutt: Correlation isn't causation.

But really, the natural diet of a human involves some odd plant that only 5% of people in the world eats?

  • @DrKyure : libaware economads com/b12issue.php : 100g of raspberries contain 30% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin B12. This cannot be an isolated example of a plant food which contains B12! More likely, it is just one plant food of many which contain this vitamin. Indeed, according to Dr Vetrano, current books on nutrition in the U.S. have now stated that there is B12 in any food that contains quantities of the B vitamin complex,

  • @DrKyure Bacteria manufacture B12 Kim stated that recently took antibiotics for pneumonia. She now has candida. I only reccommened the Ashitaba herb because KIm wants to up her B12 intake and plants are little chemical factories containing buffers where just an isolate may not provide the curative power of plant alkaloids. A naturepath (I am not one) would probably advise her that the causative issue is interstitial lymphatic constipation. Herbs and a raw diet can help with this.

  • apes = potential omnivore. never said anything about cannibalism

  • Have you seen Dr. Robert Morse's channel ? He is a naturepath. His website is gods herbs. He doesn't have or use this herb, Ashitaba, but it is known as the Japanese longevity herb. It has substantial levels of B12, which is normally not found in terrestrial plants. You can purchase seeds at Horizon Herbs to grow your own. If you do a web search there are only two suppliers of this herb. One is from Japan. I take the percent brand of ashitaba everyday. Are you taking any B12 injections?

  • @husabutt: The natural diet of humans, available only where rare and strange plants are eaten. -_-

  • Fruit helps to beat Candida. My health used to be horrible until I went on a raw vegan diet. I had no muscle, I was anemic and my hair was thinning out. I started eating lots and lots of fruit. Mostly organic bananas and greens. Helped me to build muscle along with weight training and now I'm healthy again :D

Really hope you get better and find your path to health!

  • @MiaCries: Correlation is not causation.

  • @MiaCries "Fruit helps to beat Candida."

    ...Because it contains no carbohydrates?

  • @hitssquad Fruit is all carbs, honey.

  • I hope you get better Kim

  • We were born to eat meat, that's why we have canine teeth! Animal fat and meat is really healthy. You've made the right choice. Stay away from doctors as much as you can, most of them are only doing the job for the money and their knowledge is severely limited!

  • @fatalist6o9 experiment: baby + puppy + apple in a squared off area. Who will the baby choose to eat?

  • @jbrah69 The apple (a what, rather than a who!) because the baby hasn't learnt how to kill or hunt yet. And because puppies are pets unless you live in the Philippines, China or Korea.

experiment: child + beef burger + tofu + lettuce in a locked room. What will the child eat first?

You'll have to do a lot better than ask hypothetical questions that give the answer you want ya stupid veggie! Go get yourself a steak.

  • @fatalist6o9 hey fattass did you kill your last burger with your teeth? Did you kill any of your food? Then how you gonna say you have the need for meat? Does rotting meat make you salivate, no It disgusts you because it is disgusting non-food you idiot.

  • @anarchore I have hunted and killed animals for food. I've also caught and killed eels and fish for food. There isn't anything wrong with it, it's how man is still around to this day. You think none of your ancestors ever ate meat? Guess again! Why the fuck are you asking about rotting meat? People generally eat fresh meat, although I do like a bit of biltong now and again. Biltong makes me salivate. You really are a moron. Maybe it's a lack of meat!

  • @fatalist6o9 Yeah meat kept a lot of us alive when we would have starved in the freezing cold, but it is not optimal. Check the china study and the "Primitive Nutrition" series on Youtube. All the heavy meat societies have lower life spans and higher disease rates, the less animal protein eaten the better the health... no exceptions!

Salt and sugar make me salivate too, it ain't the meat itself... love your avatar though, take care you idjit! ;-)

  • @anarchore I am wary of any studies done by anyone, they always have agendas. If the study is from China, it may well have been funded by soya bean growers! Well as long as we're both happy with our diets, that's all that really matters. We'll never convince eachother that the other way is better, why should we even try? We know what suits us better than anyone else!

Glad you like my avatar, I designed it myself.

    Peace!

  • @fatalist6o9 The China Study was conducted in China, but it was not conducted by or funded by the Chinese... But even if it were, that seems a bit closed-minded of a reason to dismiss it, no?

  • @watermelonygoodness I never said it was conducted by the Chinese in the first place. I said it may have been funded by soya bean growers (not necessarily Chinese), which is quite logical if you know how corrupt business and science are!

  • @fatalist6o9 I know how corrupt agro-business can be. But you didn't just say it may have been funded by soy companies. You said, "If the study is from China, it may well have been funded by soya bean growers!" I.E. If the study is from China it is likely corrupt. I'm telling you that it was conducted in China by Americans.

  • @watermelonygoodness I know what I said, but obviously you don't know what I meant. I mentioned China because it's one the main soya bean growing countries not because I think Chinese studies are corrupt. I think most scientific studies are corrupt. Many of them are funded by companies with agendas and are manipulated to present certain favourable/profitable results.

WHAT I'VE ACTUALLY WRITTEN AND WHAT YOU THINK I'VE WRITTEN ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS!

  • @fatalist6o9 No. I know what you meant. It's stupid. Just because many soy beans are grown in China doesn't mean that a study there is any more likely to have been funded by a soy company. Monsanto owns 90%+ of the soy in the world, they did not fund the China study. Why would a soy company fund a study that concludes eating meat is unhealthy? 70%+ of the soy grown in the world is used to feed livestock to feed us. You are just throwing around baseless conspiracies.

  • @watermelonygoodness If monsanto did fund the study, they wouldn't make it common knowledge. It may have been done in China because they are one of the biggest consumers of soy. The thing is, eating meat is good for you. So it does't even matter who did the study or why they did it. It's wrong, so stop chatting shit.

  • @anarchore "Check the china study"

OK: rawfoodsos. com/2010/07/07/the-china-study-fact-or-fallac "wheat flour has a correlation of +67 with heart attacks and coronary heart disease, and plant protein correlates at +25 with these conditions [...] correlations wheat flour has with various diseases: +46 with cervix cancer, +54 with hypertensive heart disease, +47 with stroke, +41 with diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs"

  • @hitssquad Yep it's all that cholesterol in the plants! I'm aware of Denise LOL MInger, check out Primitive Nutrition 62 right here on youtube.

  • @anarchore "["with heart attacks and coronary heart disease [...] plant protein correlates at +25"] it's all that cholesterol in the plants"

What would cholesterol consumption have to do with heart disease?

  • @anarchore "did you kill your last burger with your teeth?"

For 2.5 million years, humans hunted with sharp rocks instead of teeth. That's why it was called the "Stone Age", rather than the "Tooth Age".

  • @hitssquad Now we use Iphones and what is your point?

  • @fatalist6o9 how about we go chips, fries, chocolate or a steak?

  • @fatalist6o9 Babies will also eat bugs if they have the chance.

  • @JulietHuman So true! I used to eat bugs!

  • @jbrah69

experiment: baby + puppy + jbrah69 in a squared off area. who's smarter?

  • @jbrah69: So your way of figuring out if humans are suppose to eat meat or not is to put an infant who is likely only drinking milk in a room with a puppy and an apple.?

    mytinyphone. com/uploads/users/vladd56/181478.jpg

So is our natural food cats and woman's panties then?

  • @DrKyure not necessarily however look at your dogs side teeth and look at ours. The only 'meat' you are designed to eat are larvae and small things you can easily bite into. Larvae have more protein than a steak anyway pound for pound. I don't see any claws on humans and how you would be able to catch what you eat now without weapons since they could easily run way faster than you. Brain runs on sugar, not fat. Our saliva is alkaline, carnivores' is acidic. I can go on and on..

  • @jbrah69 "Brain runs on sugar"

What is a ketogenic diet and, if the brain truly "runs on sugar", why don't people on ketogenic diets die (or slip into comas)?

  • @hitssquad they are still eating carbs.. even if low.
