LOL... Oh my goodness!! How funny that "nature called" while you were praying... oh and btw... if this is the same son at least he takes longer to wash his hands than he does to brush his teeth... too funny!!
Lol! Did buddy pee DIRECTLY on his hands? He washed em for a good 3 minutes of the video....lol.
I was in a similar situation like that in 2005 when my parent split up for the summer... it was tough, and i always kinda knew they'd get back together...but it was still hard maintaining that assurance...
Simply put...you need some sponsors so that you can have your own show. Your videos are better than half of the stuff that we watch on t.v. God bless!
Thankyou so much Gladleft, your advice is wonderful and i really really appreciate you taking time out of your day to make me this video. It made alot of sense to me and definitley helped me cope with this.
I am really beginning to get into your vids, you gave some good advice and your son is adorable! I hear ya and I feel ya when it comes to children! We all need help in that area! LOL ;)
Thanks Mta! I been watching the Mta-Huxtables Show since season 1. Thanks, it wasn't fun stepping into a family. Believe me, every emotion was utilized.
You gave some really good advice there. I don't know this girl, but I was in her exact position. I was about 13 when my stepmother to be came into the picture (they got married when I was 18 or 19) and it took me quite a bit to finally accept the fact she was a B-word and it was only actually about 5 years ago that I actually told her I love her. I always felt that my "real" mom would feel hurt if we accepted her and loved her like a mom, but found out that wasn't true. Silly. But ..yeah.
That was supposed to read that she was NOT a B-word... But the nice part is that not this mother's day but last year's mother's day I had everyone over at my house--my sister (mother of four), my mother and my stepmother. All together. So it was nice :) And you know, it just feels right now. I don't know why I waited so long.
God bless you

it is times like that you realise the strength you gotta have as a parent lol..no it is forever...you never stop being a parent..

You're right. I define a step parent aas someone who steps up to be a parent to someone who needs one whether that child realizes it or not.

I understand. Step-parenting is a hard job. But when you told her that ou loved her, that released a load off of both of you, I know.
