it is the rythm. if your going to play the song thats how fast and thats how your going to follow the rythm, or beat.

hes playing on practice mode so you put the clap sound on to help you with timing and rhythm

they should have hired a better person to make the steps for these songs. obviously healing d vision should have been using green arrows instead of the re yellow setup. the crossovers are what makes it challenging so i wouldnt car about that. the faxx on challenge was just of sync in the second run in the beginning of the song. should have used yellow arrows. trim was hard enough because of the double step you have to do in the middle run. FELMO was alright. the jump made it a real challenge.
