I've lost over 50 lbs. Take B12 sublingual 5000 mcg.You put it under your tongue.Also eat a lot of fiber and vegetables.Cut back on meat especially fatty meats.red meat is really bad for you.Also take a once a day viatamin.It works!!!!!
I need to get outside and walk daily, I think we all need to get some walking done each day, It is a good way to exercise and lose weight! keep it up bro!

I agree 100% with what ChowHallCommando said about using a walking stick, and going slow. Walking is one of the least expensive ways to lose weight and get fit. And getting fresh air daily is wonderful for the body. Just smelling the fresh air helps the body kick start itself daily. That and drinking plenty of water and getting a good nights sleep.

Hey brother, just a tip. Use a walking stick or cane when doing this.Especailly in wooded areas It's good that you're starting out slow. Your going to be so surprised and happy with the change you'll see in a couple of months.
