Having said that, I think if you put your hard work and soul into a song, You can keep it with you when you leave, and if the band you leave behind also put work into it (cowrote), they also have every right to perform it. 19, been a Diehard fan for a few years now. I enjoy Slayer (not MD) but yeah, I enjoy everything by Metallica except Lulu. St. Anger imo is cool, but that's me I guess. Listening to the Day That Never Comes is like getting a life lesson from my parents, or one of the few older friends I have who give me great advice, and I love that. Metallica have songs that talk about demons, nightmares, desire, drugs, life, cancer, yeah. They talk on everything and are far more mature.

19, been a Diehard fan for a few years now. I enjoy Slayer (not MD) but yeah, I enjoy everything by Metallica except Lulu. St. Anger imo is cool, but that's me I guess. Listening to the Day That Never Comes is like getting a life lesson from my parents, or one of the few older friends I have who give me great advice, and I love that. Metallica have songs that talk about demons, nightmares, desire, drugs, life, cancer, yeah. They talk on everything and are far more mature.

Slayer are loved and respect because of their songwriting, live intensity and coherence through the years, their lyrics, which are often surprisingly poetic focus on the darker side of life, but they're hardly about "monsters". @vlmmosto Sorry, but if you actually knew about metallicas/megadeths past, you would know that Dave Mustaine was actually acting as their front-man in the short time he was in the band- Hetfield had not cultivated into the person he is today until well after they were already known. Also, there is just a big of fan base for Megadeth as there is for Metallica, the only difference is that metallica was technically around longer.

I don't want to waste my time explaining why is it that Megadeth is a better than Metallica, you have ti find it out on your own as I did. I just want to tell everybody that in a week I'm attending Megadeth's concert in Buenos Aires and I'm happy about it! ;)

@FerociousDrummerr No way! I used to be a Metallica fan up to the bones but once I listened to Megadeth everything changed! I still listen to Metallica sometimes but I enjoy more listening to Megadeth.

2. james plays rhytm guitar in this song.
3. it is james singing in this song.
(4.) dave was replaced with kirk.
this song is a good proof that metallica is all that dave wants to be.

Do you really think that Dave would have ever released an album such as Saint Anger, which was a tremendous sh*t? No melodies, no solos, no nothing...just 4 stupids resembling the band where I used to play when I didn't know how to play the guitar!
