1st camera position :22 - Camera should've been higher; low position wasn't flattering for the fellows. Also, the gal should've been in foreground to speak (not background). 2nd camera position :41 - Man on left should've smiled. Also, the cloudy day w/ light glare made everyone look like he/she had a headache. WEIRD intro for Richard's message should've been removed for this clip (message "coming up"?!?). Couldn't understand or read his surname. Summary: Poor representation for this business.
