  • are they attached to your audio output, with some resistances, o you got a ingrated chip, they passive, active? sound sensitive?

  • @iNf3rNuSdI4bLuS1 Just google for the LM3915 and you'll find the specsheet. You can basically attach it directly to your sound card output (= line level) but i would recommend a small pre-amp for better performance on low volumes.

  • did you use 5V leds

  • LOL pretty neat

  • The song is "Clocks" from Coldplay, covered by Buena vista social club. And I didnt drill holes since there where square LED's with the kit. Imho drilling square holes really needs to be invented by someone :p

  • and did you drill holes?

  • what is the name on the song xD

  • That'a rigth, no pre-amp or whatsoever. I just soldered a 3,5 mm jackplug to the kit and plugged it into the onboard soundcard.

  • Pretty cool dude but you mentioned there was just enough signal voltage from the sound card to run it? Meaning you hooked it up directly without using any type of preamp to help boost the signal and rectify it?

  • dude... how did you do this...? that is fucking amazing

  • This case has plexiglass on one side. The left side in the video. And the LED VU-meter doesnt come standard, I made it myself ^^

  • nice! I have buy this case to day, but is it galss on both sides?
