50 yards on a whitetail is pushing it. With the arrow placement being as far back as it was, I'm guessing it jumped the string or you're not as good of a shot as you should be to be taking those shots. But nice buck and glad to see that it went down.
@scottsolinko yeah 50 is a iffy shot, I wasnt the shooter in this situation and i admit it was an ill advised shot at the time, gotta toss this one up to some good luck. at the time scott was shooting a mid speed bow and it did jump the string. my bow is a completely different story though lol... hard to jump it
Deliberate Cruelty doesn't understand actual management. And all she cares about are whitetail deer. She could care less about any other animal. Someone asked about the IC for feral hogs, and she said that isn't her concern. She claims that she is friends with the deer in her woods. Her brain doesn't function too well. Not one hunters condemn this video and they always brag about how "ethical" they are but the word "ethical" is just a word, nothing more. Sports hunters could give a damn how much our wildlife suffers so long as they get their amusement.
lol, thanks man but we pretty much knew were the deer crossed the field at and were to set up to intercept them when they crossed it. i would have to say he got lucky that it went down as quickly as it did with such a far back shot, but oh well part of everything is luck
what?? if you are a activist you should understand that hunting is completely necissary in order to control and manage populations and the control of disease. there are people out there who abuse the right to hunt and give true sportsmen a bad name. part of living is dying it happens to everything one day. and every year i will do everything i can to make sure one deer meets that point in his life about the same time my arrow gets to him....
he hit the main artery going thru its back end. the buck only went ablout 50 yards and he was done withen two min. it was actally a pretty clean kill for the bad shot placement. it was the guys first bow kill to so not bad at all
