Are you using default settings on the bollinger bands (20,2,apply: close)? Just wondering,, I also scalp with bollinger bands and they are a very useful tool. To me it looks like you entered that trade because the candle closed on or slighty above the MA in the middle of the bands... nice technique but not always accurate. Or maybe it was because the bands are more horizontal indicating price is in a sideways trend which bollinger bands are great for playing the "bounce" technique?
