@RamboZelda I have. I have listened to it for as many times as it took me to beat Gary MFing Oak. This is similar to 'Lost Silver Hidden's battle with the sightless Feraligatr, where they use the wild Pokémon battle theme, but remove the bass to make it sound more ominous.

No, It's because usually the glitch trainer's 1st pokemon is the glitch 8, and 8's cry is the champion music sort of slowed down, not a lot.
