hey i have a question

ok is there a way to put a speed up or slow down effect on just 1 part of the SAME clip? beacuse when ever i use the speed up or slow down it does that effect for the WHOLE clip

Sure that's possible. Cut the part you want to slow down and on that part you use the effect. Sorry man, I ain't English, this is hard to explain in english. Anyway good luck. Take care.
